Let me share with you something interesting...

Sunflowers turn according to the position of the sun, in other words they "chase the light".

It is said that on a cloudy day when the sun is covered, the flowers turn to each other to share their energy.

We all seek the light in many ways: our family, religion, work and friends.

But there are always cloudy days, always days where we need the support of others. This also resonates in BUSINESS.

Now I know this is not scientifically true, but what a nice thought.

All the cases below are different ways we eased the workload of these clients to ensure they could focus on what they love to do and free up their time to have a better work/life balance.

After all, isn't that what we all want?

Case 1: We stepped in to provide Business Support with the aim of easing the administration burden on the owners. We came in and transitioned to new systems, writing new processes along the way. We provided ongoing accounts support, talent management, recruitment, administration, event management and ad-hoc support. As the business grew, we supported them until they engaged a full time employee to join the team. 

Case 2: I provided complete Business Support for a client starting with an audit of their current processes and systems. Then, putting forward a plan to make improvements on the processes I then implemented those changes and continued to stay on and support the business with managing those admin processes so that they could focus on building the business.

Case 3:  This client receives ongoing support in their business. Everything from social media support, invoicing, expenses, travel, business systems and so much more. Having a delegated support professional to manage these things has helped this client be free of the stress and time that these things added to their workload. They are now happy to have someone else look after the admin and they don't have to think about it anymore!
