Introducing EA Pathway Summits
As an advocate for EAs and Admin Professionals, I am passionate about making a difference to the way they grow in their careers. It's not "just" about learning skills. We can do that anywhere in a multitude of ways. The purpose of the EA Pathway Summits is to create a space where admins can come together, relax and recharge, learn about the importance of maintaining balance and focus on our own health to be able to support and lead others.
Our health is physical, mental, emotional and spiritual and there are so many ways we can and should explore how these areas can improve the culture of the workplace. Our Admins are at the forefront of office culture and in the perfect position to take back the learnings from this summit to share and improve the productiveness of the team as a collective.
This transformative weekend is designed to focus on the individuals goals and requirements, combined with learning in a truly relaxed atmosphere which is conducive to the retention of information and therefore having the ability to remember the learnings far beyond the end of the experience. Embracing the importance of wellness is critical as we spend so much of our time at work. We must take care of ourselves so that we can support our executives and teams in the best possible way.
Summits are held twice a year (in July and September) in different locations. A great way to get away with like-minded people, be guided by an EA expert, health professional and an advocate for wellness in the workplace.
Outside those Summits, there is also the opportunity for individual 1:1 mini summits, mini summits (overnighter) or even group Summits, specially curated for the admins in your business.
